Opening its gates to local schools is, for a company like ICA, a contribution to the knowledge of the intricacies of industry that young students should possibly acquire before finishing their studies. This is why the Academy organized a two-day open day that involved around 70 students from grades 4 and 5 at the "Enrico Mattei" Higher Education Institute in Recanati and the "Renzo Frau" IPSIA in Sarnano.

A tour of the campus and the experience of hands-on activities led by ICA technicians created, we hope, an opportunity to introduce the students to the magnificent world of colours and the rigour of laboratory analytical testing.
