The kitchen is one of the most experienced environments in a home. The most characterising element is the door used in its design and construction. This component defines the final style of the furniture and enhances its quality.
A kitchen door must not only be beautiful but must guarantee very high protected standards because its intended use is an environment in which the furniture is exposed to continuous mechanical and chemical stress.
In this course the main materials used in the construction of the kitchen door will be described, their characteristics and the measures for the realization of quality workmanship.
The main reference standards of the sector, used to characterise the performance of the painted door, will be listed.
At the end of each section, the main painting cycles used in the painting of kitchen doors will be listed.
The course is aimed at all those who deal with the production of furniture and want to deepen the specific issues of the kitchen sector.
The aim is to get to know the main characteristics of the materials used and to avoid common problems that can be encountered during painting, achieving high quality levels both in terms of aesthetics and performance.
